1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MessageMaster (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

ShadowPing LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on supported iOS devices.

3. Intended Use

MessageMaster is designed to help users improve communication skills with family members. The App provides message templates and communication coaching. You are responsible for how you use the generated messages and the App is not liable for any outcomes of your communications.

4. Premium Features & Subscriptions

MessageMaster may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

5. User Data

All app data is stored locally on your device. MessageMaster does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use MessageMaster responsibly and ethically. Do not use the App to harass, deceive, manipulate, or harm others. The App is intended to improve honest communication, not replace it.

7. Intellectual Property

MessageMaster, its software, message templates, artwork, logo, and branding are property of ShadowPing LLC. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

8. Content Accuracy

Message templates are provided for educational and coaching purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Use your judgment and adapt messages to your situation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowPing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to communication outcomes, relationship issues, or data loss.

12. Age Requirements

MessageMaster is rated 4+ and is designed for teens. Users under 13 should use the App with parental supervision and consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
